What is your return policy?
You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
What if my item is defective or not working properly?
We stand behind our products. If your Banala device is faulty or arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
How do I start a return or replacement?
Email us at contact@banala.co with your order number and issue. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Shipping & Delivery Support
When will my order arrive?
All orders ship from the USA or Thailand and typically arrive in 3–5 business days worldwide. You’ll receive tracking info by email once it ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide! Some remote areas may have longer delivery windows, but we aim to serve every region.
What if my package is late or lost?
Email us at contact@banala.co and we’ll investigate immediately. If it’s lost or delayed beyond reason, we’ll reship it.
Do I need to pay customs or duties?
You may be responsible for import taxes or customs fees depending on your local regulations.
Product Support & Troubleshooting
My device won’t turn on. What should I do?
Try charging it for at least 30 minutes. If it’s still not responding, check the USB-C cable and port. Still no luck? Contact us and we’ll assist.
I hear no sound—is my device defective?
Make sure the volume is turned up and the device is in the correct mode. Some Banala sounds are very subtle. Try increasing volume or switching modes.
Can I get a replacement accessory (cable, pouch, etc.)?
Yes! Reach out to us with your request and we’ll help arrange a replacement.
